"this was our 3rd year in villa 308. the location of the property is perfect, you can walk anywhere you need to go (restaurants, grocery store, coffee, etc). the pool is never over crowded and the beach is lovely. villa renaissance doesn’t have all the frills of the fancy hotels it’s surrounded by but it’s perfect for families or those looking for a more simple getaway."

"Loved the location!!!! We love this Hidden Gem resort. It was nice being able to walk everywhere and not need to get a taxi for most things we did. Staff was extremely nice & helpful with helping us make the most of our trip. Property could use a little updating and nicer bedding, but we loved this little place & highly recommend it to others! Hope to be back someday soon. "

"We flew in and stayed only one night before our scheduled arrival at Beaches the next day and were very impressed with the villa. The people were friendly, Drexel was great, and the location was perfect. The beautiful beach is right there and the pool was refreshing. The unit itself was clean and had what we needed, even if it was for just one night. This was an absolute gem and the perfect stay for the beginning of our vacation!"

"If you want to visit paradise to get away from it all, THIS is the place! The property is lovely, well appointed and equipped with everything you need to make yourself at home. The view is spectacular and because it’s adjacent to a national park, there are miles of deserted beach to explore. Ana is an exceptional communicator and provided assistance and suggestions that added additional dimensions to our experience. We absolutely loved this property."

"We enjoy our stay at this condo. It had all we needed for 2 adults and 2 kids (5y &10y). We rented a car and explored the island. Taylor Beach is hands down the best we ever seen. Shark Bite and Mango Reef were amazing restaurants within walking distance. Michael, the host, is the best we every experienced through VRBO. No question unanswered. AMAZING! Overall, Turks and Caicos are definitely worth to see and experience."
