Unit is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors with 2 Bathrooms and two balconies overlooking the beautiful natural unspoiled beach and swimming pool. This resort is ideal for couples, group of friends, or families looking for a private vacation in paradise. Here you will find a tropical island getaway with world class snorkeling right outside your door, as well as a practically private pool and hot tub. Unit has a large updated kitchen with new cabinets, counter tops, stainless steel appliances including microwave and dishwasher. Our downstairs bathrooms has also been upgraded and most recently (2021) our floor throughout the entire unit has been upgraded (pictures of update to follow in November 2021) Watch the sunrise from the two private balconies and/or from one of the two bedrooms overlooking the ocean. Beautiful sunsets can be seen just a short walk down the beach or if you are not into strolling on the beach you can just step out of the front door for spectacular sunsets. Take a stroll or a run along the unspoiled beach right outside your condo. Northwest Point, a secluded, private intimate and tranquil Caribbean paradise on the Island of Providenciales. At Northwest Point you will enjoy the beautiful pool and hot tub. Resort has lounge chairs, umbrellas, BBQ grill, kayaks. Rental include clean linens when you arrive and clean up after your leave. Towels including beach towels will be provided. Free internet service. Additional house cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee. Our unit is rented and managed only by owner and maintained by a private housekeeper. We have full time maintenance staff and the maintenance manager lives at Northwest Point. We will give you access codes to the development as well as our unit once final payment is made. Northwest Point is only 15 minutes from Airport and 25 minutes (12 miles) from the famous Grace Bay beaches, shops and restaurants. Rental car is advisable so you can explore the island and do your grocery shopping. IGA and Smart Supermarket are only 15 minutes away. Recommended Rental Cars on the island. Grace Bay Auto Rentals Tropical Auto Rental KK and T Auto Rentals Avis Hertz to name a few Grace Bay Car Rentals has an office in the airport parking lot. They will have your car ready to drive away. The other rental companies will meet you at airport and take you in their shuttle to outside rental location, all within 3 to 5 minutes from airport. You might want to request a cell phone to use on the island to make reservations, etc. unless you have an international plan with your cell phone company. The phone is free and they will put in as much money as you want and you can always add as you go along if you need. We used the hot tub as well. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The location is definitely remote and the resort is quiet. We were often the only people at the pool, but did meet other people at the resort. The road out to the resort is rough (lots of potholes and dirt road) but the resort was secure with a gate and someone at the gate at night. Once you got out there it was a great stay and we felt very much at home! Would definitely stay there again. ##### Sarah H. So if you are looking for peace and quiet, NWP is what you're looking for. Especially, if you don't mind self cooking and keeping things simple. The pool is well maintained. The beach is quiet. There is seaweed near the shore but it is clear of unnatural debris. If you want night life and fancy restaurants, you'll have to drive 20-30 minutes. The unit is well appointed and has everything you need if you choose to eat in. The unit was very clean when we arrived and the check-in was simple. Ana responded to all of my questions and supplied great instruction on how to get to the unit and recommendations of places to visit or eat. The unit has spectacular views and their is a beautiful pool. The beach is OK but the swimming is not great from the beach and there are lots of weeds. If you have mobility issued this is not the place for you as the unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. The road to the Northwest Point can be very busy near the airport and very remote for the last section but we had no trouble navigating to the resort. Be prepared for at least a 1/2 drive if you choose to eat at restaurants and it cab take longer if you want to eat at 6:00 pm as there can be a lot if traffic. All in all we enjoyed our stay at Northwest Point. ##### Jeffrey S. The apartment has all you need for your stay, appliances, utensils, everything, all you need to bring is food. The communication with Ana was also good. The resort is awesome, a bit far away from the center, but is all we want, away from the crowd. You will need to rent a car to go around and move to buy groceries. The beach at the resort has seaweed, but if you walk a bit, you may find shallow water. We moved to grace bay beach which is spectacular! Very nice resort and beautiful apartment. We stayed here in August 2023 for our first visit to Turks & Caicos. The condo was super clean and very well-equipped. We brought some food with us and also picked up a few groceries and everything we needed to make easy meals was available. It was great to have a washer and dryer too. The information that Ana provided with regard to the condo, beaches, restaurants, etc. was AMAZING! We actually printed it out and carried it with us everywhere we went ;) Yes, the condo is about a 15-20 minute drive from the "action" of Grace Bay but we didn't mind as the location is so private and serene. We rented a car from Grace Bay Auto Rentals (highly recommend) to get where we needed to go. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Elizabeth S. Kayaks and paddle boards to use-Beach towels provided-Kitchen is nice-Check-in is easy. Door has a keypad-Easy to get to most places; beware road backs up in the morning… place accordingly if you are going to a tour-We felt safe CONS-10-15 mins from town; 30 mins if you are taking snorkel/scuba trips-Wind; it is generally windy at the condo-The beach at the condo is non-swimmable due to sea grass. People say go left or right and walk to find a sandy area to swim… no longer the case-Not a single plastic cup or plate/bowl in the unit; tough to take anything to the pool-No beach chairs or umbrella provided; a must when visiting other beaches. Borrowed chairs and umbrellas from another unit-The onsite restaurant closed until late June/July-Two onsite grills; the ignition/sparker do not work. You must use matches or a lighter (none in the unit)TO DO-Malcom beach; gravel road but not bad-Took the ferry to North & Middle Caicos; This is a must do; Bambarra Beach!-Smith’s Beach is outstanding for snorkeling; rays, turtles and so many fish. Use West parking lot.-Bight Beach/Reef is ok… beach is great, but the snorkeling so-so.-Taylor Beach!-Did a ½ day snorkel tour w/ Big Blue Collection; first class!-Split Rock; best water and beach on the island – MUST have a Jeep (4x4) as the road is dicey in places ##### Eric P. This was our first trip to Turks & Caicos, and hopefully not our last. This is a wonderful condo at a beautiful resort. It is in a remote location on the island away from all the busyness of the main resort areas, but that is what we were looking for. Information before hand and correspondence with Ana while we were there was great. It has a beautiful beach that you can walk in both directions, a very nice pool, along with a hot tub. The resort was not real busy while we were there, we got to meet a number of condo owners while we we there, and one of them from Las Vegas (Dan) put on a 2 hour concert playing the guitar and singing on one of the evenings. We drove into town on a couple of days and visited Grace beach and a number of others (all beautiful). We also went to a few remote locations on the island. We had a wonderful week and would definitely come back here again. ##### Russell T.
