"The room is clean and big. The bed is comfortable. It has a balcony so I was smoking in the balcony. The rooms are all non-smoking. The water is hot and the pressure is good. I am not a fault-finder and I went in the low season so the price is reasonable. The breakfast is OK, nothing to shout about. I was expecting more Thai food and real grounded coffee. Happy to stay here again as it was just next to a night market. There is a cafe at the mouth of the side road so no complain, I get my caffeine fix there."

"I had A Room towards the back and it was very quiet. The entry area has a nice outdoor seating area. Breakfast cost ฿150. Staff is polite and efficient. The room was cleaned &made up every day. Very good & clean. Fridge in room but no hot pot. I enjoyed my stay. The area along the beach is very safe to walk around at night and well lit . Walk across the street and you’re on the beach sidewalk. Orange and white cats are very friendly. Lots of food and bar options nearby. Markets are a short walk away. "
