"The cottage is very cozy, private, and in a beatiful setting. We really appreciated the upgrades that made our stay comfortable. The fenced-in yard was great for our dog. Take a note of a stone floor on the lower level. We had to cover it to be not too cold for the dog to lie on (in late October). The location is right on the water for kayaking and close to some well maintained trails for biking and hiking."

"Cagney’s home was so comfy! We loved the spacious family room. The beds were comfortable and the fully stocked kitchen made cooking much easier. Absolutely would love to stay at your cottage again!"

Tucked in western Massachusetts, this region blends culture and nature with world-class museums and lush hiking trails. Catch a summer concert at Tanglewood, explore Norman Rockwell's art in Stockbridge, or ski the slopes at Jiminy Peak in nearby Hancock.
Super self contained room, welcoming hosts and good meal at the Shaker Inn restaurant next door. Lovely little town. Coffee at #6 in old railway station in town a must.

Beautifully presented bed and breakfast accommodation where we felt very much at home. The room was bright and cheerful and outstandingly clean. The water was hot and plentiful and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was freshly cooked and varied and the welcome was warm and informative.

Our room was very clean and comfortable - exactly what we needed to rest well. Breakfast was excellent and we felt well taken care of. We are grateful for the friendly and welcoming hosts and their staff who listened to every need and graciously provided for us. We’ll definitely return for another stay when we’re in the area.

The hotel was typical 'off the peg' but was very comfortable and offered great facilities. The room was a good size, with everything you would need for a good nights stay. The all you can eat breakfast offered good value, together with 24hr lobby hot drinks was a welcome service after a long drive.
