"Overall it was a pleasant stay in the hotel, it was very quiet in the area but the facilities were very good. In particular Phuong and Minh on reception were very helpful. "It's a beautiful property in the middle of tea farmland. Very peaceful and quiet except for the rooster(s) before dawn. I had a private room with a dedicated bathroom. It was very comfortable. On the menu for dinner was traditional Vietnamese cuisine. Very delicious. Recommended."

"The hotel itself is no doubt a good hotel according to north American standard. Breakfast is ok. The roof is leaking into the restaurant, but I guess this will be repaired soon. However the spa was a disappointment, not exactly what I would have expected. "
