"Tv didn’t work. Which was quite sad because our stay was just a night away to relax our plan was a movie but we couldn’t because the TV reception was horrible. Beds were meh, pillows sucked they were almost like full of air and would deflate. 2nd floor hallway has an Erie dark feel to it."

We were locked out of our room and the building several times and the front desk said “it happens all the time” and did not care. The breakfast was good. Our shower was gross. There were toilet paper rolls from the last people in the bathroom. The beds were comfy. The rooms were overall nice."

"The property doubles as a shelter for low income families, the rooms are disgusting,, smells of cigarette smoke, the shower curtain was filthy at the bottom the toilet and surrounding corners of the bathroom have embedded dirt, tissue dispenser filthy, the tissue had blue liquid on it and yes it was afresh roo, celing was piling and had some sort of growth on it, the bathroom door was piling wood and wall paper"

"I booked this hotel a month in advance in preparation for my son's college graduation. I have been communicating with them via email and have received confirmation that my rooms would be available. Upon arrival, I check in at the front desk and was informed that my rooms were no longer available and they overbooked. This is beyond unprofessional! My family and I were inconvenienced with no consideration. There was no communication prior to even inform me that the rooms were gone. As a Hilton member I am beyond disappointed and do not anticipate spending my money with this company any further."
