"Extremely noisy. Starting around 6:00AM there was constant noise. Carts rolling, walkie talkies , loud talking in the halls. Did not get a good night's sleep."

"The front desk staff was alway rude with every interaction, but I would be too with what the hotel allows to go on in the building. The whole hotel smells like marijuana. The ice machine on 3 different floors didn’t work, we stopped looking for working machines before just going to the (always rude) front desk that directed us back to our floor before finally giving us ice. We had to hang our clothes in the shower because there was no full-size closet, just a small standalone closet with a rack big enough for shorts or a skirt MAYBE. The only good experience was the restaurant, the staff was the best I’ve ever encountered. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I will NEVER EVER stay at this establishment again, or any connecting chains associated with them. Good luck if you do."

"Pet deposit/policy changed after I booked, so we had to pay extra. Breakfast was just ok, was hoping for a little more when they said buffet. Rooms were big and comfortable for our group."

"The staff overall were really helpful, our room was pretty neat and spacious. The cons to it was that it didn’t have a working bathroom moisture fan. The elevator that’s close to our room was out of service as the only one elevator close to the front desk was working. We’ve been warned about parking in the back of the hotel as it’s known for car theft. They will have security making sure no nonsense occurs. But it’s best you park by the FRONT of the hotel, gas station or bank."
