"Very spacious and clean room. Great location. The cost to park was outrageous, but I understand that it comes with the territory when staying at a downtown location in any city with limited areas to park. Overall this was a great stay and I will definitely look to stay again my next visit."

"Nice and clean hotel. Staff seemed to be limited butt friendly. Parking was completely insufficient. The hotel was at least 16 floors the parking garage only had 3 floors and a small parking lot off site for parking. "

"I gave this place five stars because the service was incredible. When I first arrived, I was placed in a room that I wasn't necessarily satisfied with. They were stains all over the floor, the bathroom was not clean, and there were stains on the furniture. I flew in for the Beyoncé concert so I did the best I could to clean the room quickly and luckily, I had some shower shoes to walk around in until I finished getting dressed. When I bought my concerns to the Concierge downstairs, he was very kind and let me know that They will have a different room waiting for me when I got back. When I got back, I was put into a suite. The room was immaculate, super clean, and very comfortable! Definitely much more of an upgrade than I was expecting. This made my trip all the better, and I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. And shout out again to the amazing service I received! You guys deserve raises!! "
