This hotel was in a nice area with many shopping and dining choices nearby. Our room had an odor when we first entered but dissipated after we ran the air for a bit. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was incredibly nice and everything was good. However, the bathroom in our room reeked of cigarettes like someone had just smoked in there. There was no switch to turn the fan on. All of our towels reeked of cigarettes as well. The staff said they couldn’t move us to another room because they were fully booked, understandable, and they sent someone in to spray the bathroom with Lysol. Besides that everything was good. Again, the staff was incredibly nice, but the bathroom killed it

This one is a real gem! Very clean, quiet hotel in a safe area with plenty of free parking, free breakfast with lots of choices, free wi fi. Staff was friendly and helpful. Has a small business area and a weight room. Wendy's is next door, with Cracker Barrel, McDonalds, and Logans Steak House nearby. Bed was comfy and clean. Had big screen TV, microwave, and refrig. Near 495 and 93 HWYs. Don't miss a hike at Hagget's Pond, about 2 miles from hotel.

Housekeeping did not come our only full day there while we were out and we had expected fresh towels, we called down to the front desk to request more and they told us we could come get them ourselves. I was very disappointed with the customer service. Not friendly or welcoming. Also, the shower pressure in the room was terrible and didn’t improve throughout the stay.

Everyone works at hotel is very friendly, always greet the visitors with happy smile. Lots of parking space. Hot breakfast was good, also there is waffle maker which kids love. Over all, definitely worth the money. And I will stay there again when I am in the area.

This was a quick overnight stop, but the property felt clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast had many options. We would highly recommend to travelers passing though. We did not visit the area as this was a quick overnight stay.

This is a very nice hotel. Many of the staff were bilingual. Our room was ample size with a nice couch to snuggle up on, and the bed was not too firm or soft. The room was clean. The only comments I would make about the room were that there was mold in the caulking on the shower floor, the bathroom was a little tight, and the shampoo dispenser was plugged (which they listed as repairs for the staff). The breakfast was filling with many choices, from hot foods like scrambled eggs and waffles with strawberry sauce, to hot and cold cereal, bread and bagels that could be toasted, muffins, yogurt and various types of milk and juice. The coffee, tea, hot chocolate and iced orange infused water were always readily available.
