Yojo is a villa located in a quiet residential area on the hills of Moraira, a world-renowned tourist location. The villa enjoys a typical Mediterranean environment dominated by palm trees, lemon trees and native vegetation of the Costa Blanca. It is located just 2 km from the main beach “La Ampolla” in Moraira where there is a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Sit back and enjoy the beautiful house next to the terrace overlooking expansive views.
At the entrance, we find parking for 2 cars and on the other side of the villa a large open space with a spacious terrace and a private pool with sun loungers, garden furniture and a barbecue, forming the heart of the home. The villa is surrounded by a garden with lemon trees, cypresses and various Mediterranean plants conveying the authentic Mediterranean touch.
The entire accommodation is located on the upper floor. From the parking place, we access directly to the main entrance, presenting us with a spacious living/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD and direct access to a beautiful balcony with open views of the landscape, thanks to its elevated position. From this balcony, you can go down to the pool terrace with the private pool. Next to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with A/C and ensuite shower and another 2 bedrooms, 1 double with A/C and another with 2 single beds, sharing a full bathroom.
