Villa Sofia is a holiday villa in El Portet, Moraira, just 150 metres from the beach, a two-minute stroll along a shaded path lined with bougainvillea. From its terraces, the view sweeps across the bay to Calpe and the Peñón de Ifach, with unforgettable sunsets from the terraces.



Who it's for

With four bedrooms for up to eight guests, Sofia suits families and friends who want to spend their days on the beach without ever needing the car. Paddleboards, a bike and a ping-pong table are waiting for the active ones.



Outside

The views are the reason to stay. Two of the four private terraces look straight out to sea, perfect for breakfast in the morning light and a drink as the sun goes down over the bay. Below them, the private pool sits in a lush, fenced garden of bougainvillea, hibiscus and palm trees, with a pergola for shade and a summer kitchen for long, lazy dinners outdoors.

Location

El Portet is one of the most beautiful coves on the Costa Blanca, with fine sand, turquoise water and beachfront restaurants, and it's 150 metres from the gate. The centre of Moraira, with its marina and Wednesday market, is about 1 km away, a 10-minute bike ride. Alicante airport is around an hour and a quarter by car, and Valencia airport around an hour and a half.
