LAY OUT: The villa Canela is distributed over two floors with three bedrooms. The ground floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. On the upper floor there is a third bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. Stepping inside the villa we will find a very comfortable dining room with a large table and its eight chairs, that’s perfect for sharing meals or snacks next to the flat screen TV, after that we’ll have the beautiful sofas, another TV and finally we arrive to the kitchen which is completely equipped. The house has a very charming rustic style with high quality building materials and a very relaxing atmosphere. The floor tiles are made of mud and there are also very nice wooden beams at the ceilings in the bedrooms that this gives us the feeling of a warm place for relax.



EXTERIOR: The garden is divided into different areas: the private swimming pool with its sunbeds ideal for sunbathing , reading or just relaxing under the sun; we can also stay under the pergola to be sheltered from the sun next to the barbecue area. It also possible to lay down under the trees while observing the garden with its different nice plants and trees. There is also a big parking for two cars at the entrance, it is very easy to explore all the surrounding area.



LOCATION: Canela is quite close to the village of Teulada and about 15 minutes driving far from the beaches and town centre of Moraira. The villa is placed in a very quiet area, with no noises but the ones of the nature. Perfect for relaxing, forget about the stress and sleep or enjoy far away but at the same time close to everywhere and enjoy from the swimming pool and the sun.
