You can enjoy a 50 m2 swimming pool with a maximum depth of approximately 2 m and an outdoor shower, as well as a large garden with Mediterranean shrubs, bushes and palm trees. For lunch, a shaded pavilion with a table and 6 chairs and you can have a charcoal barbecue for evenings with friends. Within walking distance (5-8 minutes) is a very well stocked supermarket and a few restaurants. The beach and town centre Moraira are approximately 3 km away. You enter the house through the fully equipped kitchen, then into an open living room with sofas, as well as a dining area for 6 people. The 2 bedrooms have box spring beds each measuring 180 cm x 210 cm x 67 cm, the other bedroom has 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm x 200 cm. Both bathrooms have a toilet, shower and single sink. For the hot summer days, there are air conditioning units in 2 bedrooms and the living room, as well as ceiling fans. Mosquito nets are in all bedrooms. television, fiber optic internet. For the winter holidays: The fireplace offers you a nice and cozy atmosphere for the cold days but you can also heat with the air conditioning.
