Very large, very beautiful, comfortable villa "Zamorita", 2 storeys. Costa Nova Panorama, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.5 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach. Private: large, beautiful terraced garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Supermarket 2.4 km, restaurant 450 m, café 2.4 km, bus stop "Parada Toscamar" 2.5 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 4 km, shingle beach "El Portitxol La Barraca" 3 km, rocky beach "Cala Blanca Segundo Muntanyar" 3 km. Surf school 4 km, sailing school 4 km, tennis 4.2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Villa Zamorita", 5-room house 230 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious and bright, very comfortable and stylish furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and digital TV. 1 room with 1 french bed (200 cm, length 200 cm), bath/bidet/WC. Kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC. Exit to the patio, to the swimming pool. Large patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, covered balcony. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea and the valley.
