  • It is a small villa in one of the most beautiful parts of the Mediterranean coast, ideally located in a residential area from which you reach WALKING in a few minutes to the beach and the picturesque town of Moraira with its attractive marina, beautiful beaches and a large number of shops, markets and restaurants, offering a high variety for any pocket.

    WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED THE CLEANING BETWEEN GUESTS WITH OZONE TO GUARANTEE TOTAL HYGIENE, OF MATTRESSES, CURTAINS, FURNITURE, ETC ... SO THEY CAN ENJOY SOME HOLIDAYS WITHOUT FEARING ANYTHING.
    The house is in perfect condition, renovated in 2015, its large windows and high ceilings transmit amplitude and well-being. The two bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
    There is a sunny terrace that allows to enjoy the good weather throughout the year. The garden with its trees is the perfect place for hot days or for barbecues.
    WE CAN OFFER SHORT-TERM STAYS ACCORDING TO SEASON AND OCCUPATION. - DO NOT HESITATE TO COMMUNICATE YOUR DESIRES!
