  • Traditional spanish style villa located in a lovely and peaceful area of Moraira in piñar abocaat. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Only a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk from the centre of Moraira town and beaches. Private 10 x 4 metre pool and garden perfect for lazy days or family fun.

    Walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants. Close to golf courses, cycle hire, boat hire, padel & tennis courts, Astro football pitch and a children’s fun fair.

    Beach towels and linen are provided for your convenience. The Villa is fitted with a well stocked kitchen and washing machine facilities.

    A coal bbq grill is available by the pool for your use. New patio, new bathroom, new sofas, new bed. **please note awning is not available but umbrellas are provided**

The Villa location is only 15mins walk to the centre, a slight hill but nothing too strenuous. A good location, quiet and views over the valley. The host communication was excellent, with all questions answered prior to booking, a comprehensive guide to the villa from the airport. Overall helpful and friendly.

Beautiful secluded location and a cute property, perfect for a break from everyday life. Listing was accurate, even had an Air Fryer. Would recommend a car for the not so agile (Me). This is my first visit to this area, on my short list now for my retirement plans.

Perfect Stay in Moraira villa

5 weeks in lovely sunny villa. After all that time we could find no faults. The owner and cleaner easy to contact and hospitable. Lovely private pool to cool off in after you 've been enjoying the sun on patio. We thoroughly recommend to families and couples alike .

We had a good family stay. Can be improved the surroundings of the pool (gravel). The dishes were slightly (dirty can be an oversight) but nothing serious.for the rest it was perfect

We stayed here for 6 nights from 23rd June, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we'd made the right choice. The villa was exactly as described—if anything, even better in person! It was spotlessly clean and ready for us when we arrived, making the perfect start to our holiday.We absolutely loved the outdoor space. The private pool and beautiful garden became our little oasis for the week. There were four comfortable sun loungers, two parasols for some much-needed shade, an outdoor dining area, and a BBQ, so we spent lots of time relaxing outside. Having a spacious driveway for our hire car was another bonus.The owners had thought of so many little extras that really made a difference. Things like washing-up liquid, towels and beach towels, foil, cling film, an air fryer, a few condiments, and cleaning supplies meant we didn't have to rush out and buy everything on our first supermarket trip.Those thoughtful touches were really appreciated.The villa itself was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Both bedrooms had air conditioning, which kept us nice and cool during the warm evenings.We enjoyed walking into town every day. There are a few steep sections, but we actually enjoyed the walks and the views, and it was perfect for us.We honestly didn't want our holiday to end. We made so many wonderful memories here and felt completely relaxed from start to finish. We would 100% book this villa again without hesitation and would happily recommend it to any1

Lovely relaxing well equipped little villa.. Shae the host made the check in very simple . Walking into town is a nice easy walk which we needed after a day round the pool..weOnly downside I can say is no shops nearby so.needed a taxi back as the walk back was a bit too strenuous but this only cost around 8 euros. We would definitely book again.

Lots of pluses but some minuses

The villa is an ideal size for two adults (and two children) but is a little old fashioned although quite a bit of updating has been done. There are new sofas, new flooring and new air conditioning units. The main bathroom has been refurbished with an excellent shower. There are plenty of towels, for use both indoors and out. The main bedroom has a small double bed and the mattress was too soft for us. The kitchen had all the essential equipment though it would have been nice if some basics, such as salt, sugar, oil, etc. had been left for guests. There was also a tendency for fuses to trip, depending on how many sockets were in use. The villa sits on a large plot in a quiet cul de sac. The garden is laid mainly to gravel - not really comfortable - and the garden itself could do with some T L C. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the villa despite some shortcomings. I should have read the information more carefully - I hadn’t brought a hairdryer with me and would have realised one wasn’t provided. A car is recommended since the area is very hilly. Gastrobar 21 is a 15 walk from the villa and well worth a visit.

Gorgeous relaxing Villa in top location

Even before booking , host was attentive and helpful. Shae is excellent and really wants guests to feel at home and have their needs met. Simple late night check in with a key code. The Villa is new and pristine. The neighborhood is so tranquil and has an easy flat 20 minute walk to the best restaurants we have ever eaten at in Spain.(if you want something extra special stroll along the quaint promenade away from town to The olive tree!)But there are gorgeous restaurants everywhere . Hard to find a bad one and you will be treated well in all of them. Our Spanish is terrible but if you are nice people you will have so much fun here. A very friendly vibe in town. No big groups of British people drunk as in the well known towns. Beaches in Moraira are stunning, especially el portet (walking distance) where good snorkeling and more great restaurants can be found. We came here to celebrate my son finishing his exams (he is 16) he was so happy. It is very easy holiday from this lovely villa to relax and enjoy real authentic Spain. Some days we just used the exquisite pool which was all to ourselves. This was cleaned by some lovely local guys who respected our space and were very friendly. Previous review on here raises the issue of egg cups??? You’ll be pleased to know shae has 6 of these now. Very comfy beds, a1 air con, gorgeous views of mountains and palms, beach towels, wells stocked kitchen, nice furniture, everything you need. Thanks so much. We hope to return xx

2e keer dat we dit huis hebben geboekt Er was sinds vorig jaar niets vernieuwd. Het zonnescherm was vorig jaar niet aangesloten en nu nog niet..moet wel zeggen dat er een zonnebed kapot ging de waterkoker, toen ik dit melde werden ze binnen een paar uur vervangen. Het is een prima huis verder!

Het huis biedt veel privacy en ligt op een rustige plek. Met de auto is alles heel goed te doen en op kleine afstand. Het huis is netjes en verzorgt. Airco doet het ook goed!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une charmante villa avec les equipements nécessaires. L' environnement est calme. La maison est bien située et à proximite des commerces et de la plage. Nous retournerons très probablement à Moraira pour nos futures vacances.
