  • BELLAMAR, located in Moraira, a beautiful town on the Costa Blanca, is a cosy villa for 4 people with spectacular sea views, from Cap d'Or (Moraira) to the Peñón d'Ifach (Calpe), in an urbanised but very peaceful area just 4km from the centre of Moraira where you can enjoy its paradisiacal beaches and coves, its appreciated restaurants, leisure spots and close to shops and supermarkets.The villa has two bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a toilet. It has a spacious fully equipped independent kitchen and a large living-dining room. Outside, we find a large balcony where you can enjoy lunches, meals or dinners with wonderful views.On the ground floor of the property, we find the garden with its private pool and a spacious terrace area, with a barbecue and garden furniture, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim and moments of relaxation, all accompanied by the spectacular views offered by this villa.Come and get to know her!

A FUIR

La maison est sale et vétuste. Des chats sont nourris pendant notre séjour (7 gamelles d'aliments sous la terrasse en permanence) et les odeurs de leurs déjections dans le jardin remontent sur la terrasse dont nous n'avons pas pu profiter pleinement. Insupportable! Par ailleurs, en 2023 il est impensable de louer une maison sans lave-vaisselle et sans Wifi sans le préciser de façon explicite sur l'annonce. Outre le manque d'amour propre des propriétaires, le gestionnaire n'est pas à la hauteur du prix de la prestation.
