It has a separate area at the bottom of the house, where there is a spacious and comfortable apartment with access to the pool area and garden. A few kilometers away are the beaches of Calpe and Benissa. Closer are those of Moraira. It is an ideal villa to rest with air conditioning in each of the rooms.
