Villa with pool and garden in Moraira 1km from the beach, restaurants and shopping center. for 10 people  
Nice house in Moraira to enjoy your family holidays. All fenced.  
Air conditioning, wifi, swimming pool. 1km from supermarkets, beaches and town center. Tourist area in a quiet environment.  
Large sun terrace, shaded by pine trees and outdoor furniture.  
It has a separate area at the bottom of the house, where there is a spacious and comfortable apartment with access to the pool area and garden.  
A few kilometers away are the beaches of Calpe and Benissa. Closer are those of Moraira.  
It is an ideal villa to rest with air conditioning in each of the rooms.  
Private pool, parking for two cars and space for children to play.  
In the lower area, there is a living room with a sofa bed where two people can sleep.
