"Yummy breakfast, nice service personal. Unfortunately our room was in a condition of needing a lot of maintenance. Open wires, holes in the wall, damaged toilet seat, damaged windows and also leftovers from former guests. We got the last room and it was a last minute emergency booking, since our other appartment that we have booked disappeared. Nevertheless to many issues for that price. Make sure not to get this appartment."

"ICE packs for medicine need to be placed in the freezer not the refrigerator. The front desk person was asked to place two ice packs into the hotel freezer so they would be ready for our journey back home. They were not frozen in the morning and expensive medicine had to be disposed of. Train your front staff better please. Do as the customer asks."

"Eine top Wohnung in sehr guter Lage in einem sehr gepflegten Umfeld. Da wir mit 2 Paaren anreisten, war insbesondere das Vorhandensein von 2 Bädern sehr von Vorteil. Dazu Dampfdusche, Sauna und Whirlpool - was will man mehr? Ein großer Balkon Richtung Trave rundete das Ganze noch ab. "The hotel was clean and the room was good. Though service levels were not upto the mark and was not Marriott standard. The breakfast options were good. If you looking for dinner, then The restaurant menu for dinner was very limited, a bit disappointing to be honest. If you used to courtyard Marriott and have travelled globally, then this one would be at the lower end of your experience."
