In a very idyllic, quiet location in the middle of the fantastic mountain scenery of South Tyrol, the holiday apartment Laugen is located on the 1st floor of a house consisting of 2 holiday apartments and the flat of the owner on the ground floor. The very modern and cosy accommodation is built in the style of a loft and has a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room with a double bed. From here you can reach the bedroom which is located in an open loft. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and combines modern comfort with cosy wooden elements from the region. The apartment is furthermore equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a cot and a highchair. In the communal outdoor area, several terraces invite you to spend relaxing afternoons under the warm South Tyrolean sun. In summer you can prepare delicious meals on the grill and enjoy them with a glass of wine overlooking the mountains. In winter you can reach the ski area Meran 2000 within 36 minutes by car and enjoy the fresh snow while a golf course, which is 28 minutes away by car, awaits your visit in the summer months. A restaurant is only 260 m away and a supermarket is 17 minutes away by car.

sehr schönes Haus mit fantastischem Ausblick

Pros: Die rustikale Einrichtung war sehr schön und hochwertig. Beide Wohnungen sind sehr gemütlich. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Gartenhütte mit Ofen welche man mitbenutzen kann, war sehr gemütlich und man konnte so gut ein Abendessen oder Frühstück von Annelise der Hausherrin genießen und lange noch darin verweilen. Die Hausherrin war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Ruhe vor Ort war sehr schön und die Hühner haben morgens überhaupt keinen krach gemacht. Für Kinder ist es ideal da sie unbeaufsichtigt frei herumlaufen können und sich zudem noch mit den Ziegen, Hühnern und dem Hund anfreunden können. gleich um die Ecke ist ein schöner Streichelzoo mit einer großen Auswahl an Tieren. Nur ca. 400m entfernt ist ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Cons: Einziges Manko war, das die kleinere Wohnung außer im Badezimmer nicht wirklich warm wurde.

Super Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Wohnung war sehr sauber, Anneliese eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Der Hof bietet Kindern liebe Tiere sowie nicht weit entfernt einen schönen Tierpark. Ein weiteres Highlight sind die extrem bequeme Betten. Die Unterkunft ist nur empfehlenswert, gerne wieder.

Wer die Ruhe liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben alles wie im Inserat angegeben vorgefunden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
