- Villa Calù is a beautiful villa in Sardinia at the marina of Tertenia with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains of Monte Ferru and Cartuceddu. Swimming pool with emerald water 2 km from the beach and commercial activities.
The villa has two levels: on the ground floor it has 1 double bedroom with TV in the room, 1 double bedroom with private bathroom, 1 bathroom in the common area, 1 living room with sofa, a large kitchen full equipped and a large patio equipped with table and chairs for evening dinners.
Upstairs there are 3 double rooms: 2 double rooms, 1 twin room with bunk beds, 1 bathroom and a living area with sofa and TV.
The villa also has TV, air conditioning, wifi, table tennis, deckchairs and sun loungers by the pool.
Maximum number of guests: 10.
