"Property was as described and very pet friendly. The fenced back yard was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay and the responsiveness of Richard! Highly recommend!"

"Had a couple of issues: 1. There was only one towel in the room for two adults and a child. 2. Had issues with trying to lock the door when we went out, so door was left unlocked and quite fortunate that nothing happened to our room whilst we were out. 3. Trying to leave a message on voicemail proved to be a frustration! 4. cold Water pressure was very low, both in the shower and kitchen. **Otherwise everything else was excellent! I would definitely recommend the property but would advise guests of these issues I had."

"I was amazed at the renovation of this older property. They did a great job of giving it a modern look and feel throughout. The kitchen was well furnished as was the rest of the home. I also liked the local area. The management did a great job of ensuring that we would have a pleasant stay."

"The house and property was charming and very inviting! The amenities in the house were plentiful and great to have for some cooking we did using the kitchen. There was a very comfortable bed and the shower was exceptional too! It’s always nice to have good water pressure when taking a shower. We enjoyed a local restaurant down the street and it was very close to the UTC campus where we visited our child who is a student. Very nice and we will be back when we visit again! I hope it’s available! "
