I had to be very precise with location because I didn’t want to be too far from where the tournaments were being held. The location was perfect. On either side of the mountain, there were stores if we needed anything, and we were very close to the convention center downtown. The price was extremely affordable, and everything that came with the room made it well worth it. I’m an avid review reader, so I always read reviews before booking. I can honestly say our room was very clean, we had plenty of towels, and there was lots of space. The air conditioning worked great (which can be hit or miss at hotels, so I was a little concerned). Y’all—the beds were incredible. It felt like sleeping on a cloud, and you couldn’t feel the person next to you move. It was the best sleep I’d had in a while. The microwave and refrigerator both worked great, and I also loved having the sink just in case we needed it. We did have an issue with the bathroom door being broken and not shutting all the way. While that wasn’t ideal, we let them know as soon as we noticed, and their response was very quick. One small thing to note: the trash cans provided in the kitchenette and bathroom are quite small. Bathroom trash cans are typically small, so that wasn’t an issue, but I would recommend a larger trash can for the kitchenette area. The tub/shower is raised up on a high step that I didn’t notice in the description and that could be a problem for other renters, especially if they are older or handicapped in some way. We had to be very cautious getting out the shower. The pillows are Fabulous! I must get me a set. And in the description there’s no mention of cleaning fees but we were charged 60 for cleaning. So the discount Verbo gave us, we didn’t really get. That was disappointing. Our overall experience was great. I would definitely like to come back.
