It is equipped with a shower/toilet, central heating, TV, satellite connection, free Wi‑Fi, and a balcony with panoramic views. There is a fully equipped kitchenette featuring, among other things, a filter coffee maker, toaster, and kettle, as well as a separate bedroom with a double bed. Bed linen, towels, and tableware are included. The guesthouse with a wonderful panoramic view is located at 450 m above sea level in a sunny spot amidst its own vineyards. A garden allows you to enjoy the panorama and relax. The house, with its three apartments, has everything you need for your vacation, such as outdoor parking, Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels. The accommodation provides an ideal starting point for numerous hiking and cycling tours. The center of Tramin is reachable within 5 minutes by car, and Lake Caldaro is only a 10-minute drive away. Service Hours: Night service is not guaranteed between 7:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Late Check-Out: Late check-out is permitted only with prior written confirmation from MUSE.office. Absent such confirmation, a full day's rate will be charged. Same-Day Bookings: For reservations made on the same day as arrival, check-in is allowed only from 5:00 PM onwards. Pets: Not all properties permit pets. Guests must notify MUSE.holiday via a separate email of their intention to bring pets. Where allowed, a fee of €15.00 per pet per night applies. Crib, High Chair, and Bed Guard: These items are available upon request for an additional fee and must be booked in advance.
