I'll start with: I cant find a single bad thing i could say about Due Torri in Abano Terme. Everything was just great. Staff was the politests and the helpful of all I have ever encountered. Rooms are fantastic. Spa services are very pleasant. Hotel has a doctor who can advise you which spa services are to help you. Swimming pool is really warm and pleasant. We really enjoyed our 1 night stay. We arrived a few hours early as we checked out of our air b and b from Padua at 11 am and was there by 11:30. The hotel staff were very courteous taking our bags and telling us we were free to relax in the different areas downstairs as our check-in time wasn't till 3 pm and to our surprise our room was ready in and hour and a half so that was really nice as we felt that prioritised us and went above and beyond. I arrived quite late but everythinng was ready. staff was very welcome and explain i had access to the termal swimming pool during the evening and the day after from 8.00 the warm swimming pool with sulfate water (natural) and massage seats for free was great. very good breakfast I suggest to anybody for a relaxing week end or a stop for business like my case

The place is absolutely incredible, felt like staying in the most romantic and lovely room ever. It clean, luxurious and spacious, full of rustic charm. We had suite room (annex): two floors (living room/dinning room and little kitchenette downstairs, bedroom and bathroom upstairs) with our own private entrance. Superb boutique hotel in a fantastic location right in the centre of the historical part. Spa was fantastic, room was spacious with amazing AC. Amenities were spot on including a full minibar stocked up every day for free. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Had a great time with the family at Castel Bricon: helpful staff, nice amenities (the pool isn’t huge but perfect to cool down on a hot summer day), and newly decorated rooms that are nicely done.

Really liked the hotel itself. Staff wasn't very pleasant. A bit rude, didn't explain anything, when I asked where breakfast is served for example, he pointed behind him and gave me a look like he thought I was daft. Breakfast was typical Italian fare - good and fresh. Breakfast girl was same as front guy - a bit rude. She didn't greet us and I had to go to the bar and wait a few minutes before she finally awknowledged me for my drink order. If they increased their customer service would be 5/5.

Family room was very confortable. The two areas of the room were conevniently separeted by a door- Very confortable for a family with two young kids. The restaurant is AMAZING, one of the best in the area. The gym is small but has anything you might need and it's extremely clean. Sanitizers everywhere. Staff super friendly. Nice green areas. A/C everywhere. It's a 4 star hotel. I believe they only have 3 stars because they accept check in only until 11 pm. Great stay.

Good rooms and great food

The hotel is brilliant because the staff are the most helpful people you will ever meet and the facilities were all clean and user friendly.

Amazing

Perfect location, next to the Teatro Olimpico and city centre. Rooms are simple but okay with a private bathroom at the end of the corridor outside the rooms. Excellent customer service by Gianna-Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. Good breakfast. We would stay here again! Highly recommended.
