Few small things I disliked/didn’t work:
* WiFi is not protected with password. I couldn’t connect to it with my company laptop, hence couldn’t work from the hotel
* Remote for the television was missing
* Tablet for remote controls and for ordering was not working at all (seems was not connected to internet)
* Head of the bed was dirty
* Smart tv functionalities were not working properly due to weak connection (watching YouTube videos or Netflix was very annoying)

Nothing was too much trouble.

A stunning location with excellent food but just not quite right
We felt a little out of place and uncomfortable when finding the hot tub is only in the nude area, the whole situation made us feel we couldn’t go where we pleased and was just generally uncomfortable
The service was mostly good but felt a little forced on occasion rather than truly good service
The dinners were exceptional with the daily menus and wine recommendations a real highlight
The hotel is kept very well, with the smell of the wood fantastic
Aircon not being available during a heatwave was a bit of a challenge but I understand this is being added over time
We also had a mix up with a taxi being ordered from reception which led to us nearly missing our flight home
Overall a good stay but not quite what we expected
