"Excellent customer service the rooms were very clean the only let down was the breakfast poor quality napkins also fruit and continental breakfast was very poor the English breakfast was good quality and plentiful they just have to up the other options as for the star establishment it lets it down"

"Lovely warm welcome with nice staff . Excellent breakfast included, great location to visit chapel down and Tenterden. We booked a suite, room was small but nice with Comfy bed only negative was one side of room had low ceiling which meant you couldn’t stand up in the shower properly without bending to one side. Only a minor point but worth noting if you a very tall. We would visit again!"
