Location was good. You can s5and outside and see the state capital.Has parking. Rooms were fine. Staff were nice. Breakfast never varies sadly. No microwaves in rooms. And they do no evening meals just a few items by reception. Do go to Olbrich botanical gardens then the lakeside park. Pool is okay in hotel but nowhere in the open air to sit.

First impressions were good. Overall hotel is good and clean but linen on the both beds had hair all over them. To their credit lady incharge did change it with clean linen.
We were told that they had a dog show people stayed in the hotel prior to our arrival which we were not impressed with.
Hotels. Com should put a warning in the description about it. Some people are alergic to dogs and dog hairs. Personally would never knowingly stay in a hotel or hotels rooms where dogs have stayed because...

Our room was clean and spacious. We had a lovely swim. The only observation I would make is that the pool towels are extremely small so if travel with your own take them with you. The location was fine. Outside of the capital but we knew that beforehand and it was only a short drive in with surprisingly easy parking when we got there.
Plenty of parking at the hotel. Nice bar area.

Pleasant and comfortable hotel in close proximity to shopping (East Towne Mall) and restaurants.
Hotel room was clean and well presented. Good shower, really comfortable beds. Air conditioning a bit noisy but fortunately was not needed. Overall good value.
