"Front desk staff were awesome…helping us with things we had forgotten to bring. They also accommodated our friends who had come to visit and play board games in the dining area late into the night. The pool was fun and the room was cleaned daily. Our only concern was that my wife had some difficulty getting into and out of the tub, as it had no non skid surface in the tub."

"The check in was quick and helpful. We ate dinner at another place and came back to the bar for a drink. The bar tender was excellent with the drinks and conversation. This is the only union hotel in Madison. The employees are paid well and it shows!"

"Front desk were very friendly and accommodating. Our suite was nicely laid out and comfortable. Only issue was the trash under the sink was full. Not emptied prior to our arrival. Also shower was not cleaned well. In fact, probably not cleaned at all."
