9/10 Wonderful! (156 reviews)
We went for this place to enjoy the beach, beach resort - this was a wellness spa and the beach is messed up with port construction- a massive part of the beach is gone. They need to make people aware of this, I would not recommend this as a beach resort - it is a wellness resort - the fact that it is on the beach is just - wrong advertising. I would like my money back based on inaccessible beach. Rest of the resort amenities are good. The SPA is amazing. Food is good and the staff are super polite.

The hotel rooms are excellent. The lobby and reception area have no AC and waiting there is quite uncomfortable. The staff are excellent. Aleena in the reception staff was very helpful.

This was our second stay at The Leela Raviz, one year after our first stay. We were equally blown away the second time by the breezy beauty of this lakefront resort and being so kindly greeted by Lenin the security guard who recognized us from our first visit! A true gem of Kerala, the resort and staff surpass others with the quality of service, cleanliness, and sheer beauty of this heritage building and property design.

"Room was small and basic. Beds were comfortable. We asked for an extra bed. Took very long for the staff to set up the extra bed, that too only after multiple calls to the front desk. Food was good at the buffet. My parents were pleased with the food. The complimentary driver accommodation was not ..."
