Measures I was told that they were taking included cleaning communal door handles every hour and not entering your room for cleaning whilst you stay. "Checked in saw no one, no hair dryer ? Or ironing board in room, no bar open or restaurant, so after day at work had to go to Sainsbury’s checked out saw no one in fact my whole stay never saw one member of staff ?"
