"Beautiful clean hotel in middle of Temple Bar. If you want to be in the center of the action this is right there. Nice lobby, friendly staff and bar/restaurant for convenience. Rooms feel fresh and updated. Highly recommend - would stay here again. One note - staff gave the option for a room at the back which was probably better for noise as the Main Street is very touristy and stays loud until later in the evening."

"Davis, at the checkin desk was very nice and helpful. Room was nice but beds and pillows were a bit hard. Shower difficult to operate and we couldn't get it to turn off so had to report it was still running to desk when we checked out early morning. Also, I was sick and needed some medicine and a large bottle of water BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE A GIFT SHOP in the hotel! Can you believe it? I had to walk out and go across the street to a petrol station to find some medicine for my cold and a bottle of water. I have never been in a hotel that didn't provide assistance for their guests for additional little amenities! Also, our room was on a floor that we were expected to go down 6 or 8 stairs with all our luggage to get to (I use a cane as well.) There was a handicap lift which we had to call the desk to get someone to assist us with to get us and our luggage down to our room level. VERY FRUSTRATING!"

"Biggest plus is the proximity to the airport and the free shuttle service. The room was clean, but only one luggage stand for two suitcases. Had a sandwich at the bar that was good, but the bar/restaurant could have used another helper. Staff was friendly and got us checked in/out quickly."

"Have stayed here several times and love it. Normally get executive or jr suite. Rooms are good sized and extremely clean. On this trip I stayed at 5 different 4 star hotels across Ireland and this was DEFINITELY the best. Will stay here every time I’m back in town."
