While resort and rooms were spotless. Staff were more than polite at all times and couldn't do enough for me. Manager even made a point of going around and welcoming everyone by the pool and breakfast time. Would 100% recommend and I will certainly visit again.

Nite & Day Laguna Bintan - Tanjungpinang
Rooms are very basic. The linens were not very clean and had stains on them. There was also no view from the window. The staff were not helpful at all. I would recommend looking for other places to stay in the area.

Beautiful hotel in great setting loved the bikes for getting around. Staff were really helpful and always available. Happy to recommend
