"Apartamento está antigo e precisando de manutenção. Pia do banheiro entupida, descarga do vaso sanitário estava ruim (tinha até um desentupidor ao lado do vaso pra usar), apareceu barata e cheiro forte de apartamento fechado. Fora dos padrões de outros apartamentos que já fiquei na região na mesma base de preço."
