Its perfect location makes this property an ideal place to enjoy the coast and get to know the rest of the island thanks to its excellent connection to the motorway.  
  
This beautiful flat is ideal for a single or couple, as well as for business trips. With capacity for 2 people, it has a spacious bedroom with double bed and open space for clothes storage, a minimalist and well-kept bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the living room, consisting of a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, 1GB fibre WiFi Internet, and a dining area where you can enjoy breakfast. With a magnificent location, just a few minutes' walk from La Garita beach and San Borondón beach, the property is in an area surrounded by restaurants where you can enjoy the delicious Canarian food, supermarkets and all the necessary services. It has easy connection to the motorway to travel around the rest of the island comfortably.
