I booked a room for my parents to stay. A spill in the room was reported on day1 and no one came to clean it the next day as well. Breakfast was also not great and in general the staff were too laid back to pay attention to any request. My parents decided to vacate the room the next day formally, forgoing night stay for day2. Hotel owner called on day3 to my father to see if they vacated the room which is a bizarre question and offered no apologies. I would not recommend for people to stay here, unless hotel has sorted out its way of operations.

The staff were very kind and welcoming, particularly Amuravathi and Bharathi, who regularly checked in to ensure I was okay and made sure I felt safe throughout my stay. Overall, it was a lovely experience. The WiFi was a bit of an issue as there was no signal.

I’m a frequent traveler being all over the world and I’m always blown when I come to India to Hotels such as yours. The degree of hospitality and attention to detail provided by the staff is not found anywhere else. I was casually coming down the elevators with my bags, and a staff member insisted that he would take the bags to the checkout and store them for me and I could proceed to breakfast. I have never seen such customer service anywhere else and particularly Europe and North America can take a leaf and learn from this. Please continue the excellent service.
