Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war zuverlässig und freundlich. Leider sind sowohl das Gebäude als auch das Apartment insgesamt renovierungsbedürftig. Die Balkontür lässt sich nur sehr schwer öffnen und schließen. Zudem war die Sauberkeit im Apartment nicht zufriedenstellend.
