Although we asked for a quiet room, there was a lot of noise coming from a business gathering at the hotel. We had to wait for breakfast because all the tables were already occupied by non residents diners. We had to asked 3 times until we got assistance with locating the taxi driver the hotel booked us to locate an item we forgot in the taxi. Only after check out, the hotel charged my credit card with non consumed items from the mini bar without verifying it with me first. Although the location is great and room was clean and beautiful, I will not come back. Would like to highlight Eduardo at front desk who gave me a wonderful welcome, i almost felt part of a family. The breakfast is delicious and the outdoor terrace is amazing to sit and enjoy.
