It is said the room was with kitchenette and dryer, but without.

Couldn't be better
Main desk support for check in and arranging taxis was easy and most helpful. Unit is close to the beach - convenient yet quiet. Used it for sleeping only (didn't even use the fridge) and so can't comment on how well the equipment worked. Would definitely reserve again.
