A bit Awkward design, old fashion, surely deserve a bit of renovation. Large rooms and kept very clean. Very nice staff always willing to help. they have a very cool lobby bar with creative cocktails. It’s a very popular spot, so in the evenings there is a lot of foot traffic from non-guests. But also very convenient for guests. We personally had a few hiccups, like they didn’t have a baby crib for us for our first night, and the elevators went out for a couple hours and we had to walk up 5 flights. It’s small and quaint and the rooms are large, relative to Israel’s normal hotel rooms. I had a studio suite which was a perfect size. The front staff was wonderful, very accommodating. The cleaning people were kind and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and yummy. The only complaint I would have would be the rooms could be a little more clean, not that they were dirty, but could have been a bit more clean in the corners! Otherwise I would definitely come back. It’s not in central TA, which I found great so that we could get around a bit more easily.
