This warm apartment is right by the beach, making it perfect for a family vacation! This apartment is amazing, with high standards and an amazing design, you will feel at home from the moment you step inside. With a view of the Mediterranean Sea and 30 meters from the beach, what more could you ask for? Let us host you the way you deserve, O&O Group. The Space: The apartment is located in a new building located on the sea. A very warm apartment where you can feel at home from the first second, this is a three bedroom apartment and a large living room with a balcony overlooking the sea. It is furnished and equipped to the smallest detail so that you can arrive with only your luggage and start a vacation that you weren't so looking forward to. The apartment is so close to the sea, 20 meters (!) from the beach. Strong Wi-Fi and smart TV in the living room. In addition, the apartment has a private parking space. Guest Access: The entire apartment and everything in the apartment is available for guests and they are welcome to use and enjoy everything the apartment has to offer. The Neighborhood: The building is located right on the Bat Yam promenade, a minute's walk from the beach. The area is bustling with life, the Bat Yam promenade is full of restaurants, bars, shops of all kinds. Everything is terribly close and accessible and the location is just amazing and ideal for a holiday and to maximize the experience. Getting Around: Because the location of the apartment is the most attractive in the city, you can find a wide variety of public transportation to any area in Israel.
