The apartment has been entirely renovated with top of the line equipment and genuine vintage furniture. It is spacious and bright, comfortable for 6 people and located in one of the most tourist-friendly neighborhoods of the City. Families will also enjoy the public lawn right down the building. Parking available under certain conditions\*. \*\*Please note that the building doesn't have an elevator. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. THE SPACE The huge living space is divided between a living room, an open kitchen and the dining area. Living room furnished with 2 large couches and equipped with a smart TV. It opens on a 8 sq. meters balcony with a seating area. Fully equipped kitchen with a large wooden counter top and 2 high chairs. Dining area with a dining table for 6 people. Bedroom 1: master bedroom with a queen size bed, smart TV, walk in closet and en suite full bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2: Double bed and desk. Bedoom 3: Queen size bed and desk. It is separated from the living space by 2 wooden panels which guarantee your privacy. Extra full bathroom with tub. We personally greet our guests on request. Should you require such a personal check in please let us know in advance. We will be happy to answer all your questions and provide recommendations for your stay. Our team members speak English, French, Hebrew, Russian and a bit of German and Danish. PASSPORT AND VAT \- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment. \- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price. \- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats. \- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT. \- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property. \- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full. THE NEIGHBORHOOD The apartment is on Bograshov street, meaning just a few minutes walk from the beach as well as from the famous Carmel market. Bugrashov itself is home to many shops and local eateries. Dizengoff street and square are also a few minutes away with their many bars, restaurants and designer shops. This is one of the most central and tourist friendly neighborhood. The Dizengoff Center Mall is also right down the road GETTING AROUND You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station. There are countless buses running on Dizengoff street which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
