It is ideal for a group of friends or a family. While located in the center, the apartment is very quiet thanks to its double glazing windows. Parking available under certain conditions\*. THE SPACE The apartment is 70 square meters. The living area is divided between a living room, a balcony, a dining area and an open plan kitchen. Living room with a large L shaped sofa and a smart TV, Fully equipped open plan kitchen wih a bar and 3 stools. Dining area with a dining table that can sit up to 4 people. 13 square meter balcony with sea view on Ben Yehuda street furnished with a table and 2 chairs. Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, flat screen TV, full height closet and access to the balcony Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, full height closet. This is also the SHELTER in case of emergency. Full Bathroom with walk in shower. INCLUDED AMENITIES \- Parking: included in the booking for 14-day or longer stays. THE NEIGHBORHOOD The apartment is located on the central Ben Yehuda street next to Bugrashov and Shalom Aleichem. It is just a few minutes walk from the beach, Dizengoff street, the famous Carmel market, and a short distance from the old historic Jaffa. There is no shortage of eateries, shops, and cafes in the vicinity and you'll be able fully enjoy the Tel Aviv life style. GETTING AROUND You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station on Ben Yehuda and Bugrashov streets. There are countless buses running from Hayarkon and Dizengoff streets which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone. If you enjoy walking, a 15 to 30 minute walk will get you to some great spots in Tel Aviv. Buses run close by that can get you to the train station for day trips to Jerusalem. Katia, the property manager, was always available to answer any questions or to take care of any needs or issues we had. Great communication up until check-in. Requested an hour early check-in due to flight, but informed through “WhatsApp” (which I never use, so didn’t see) day of check-in that they couldn’t accommodate. Israelis use WhatsApp a lot. Stored luggage at their office for extra hour, went and had lunch. Ready upon return. Would have been nice if one of the employees would have assisted taking luggage few blocks from their office to rental. Rental in fantastic location. Clean, simple, all we needed. Pics and description not 100% accurate. There is no longer a dining table and chairs, only high bar to eat at. No welcome fruit, no flowers. No kitchen items as listed - no coffee, tea, sugar, spices, nothing. One mini shampoo and mini soap bar in bathroom for 6 night stay - just be aware, bring your own. VERY firm mattress in main bedroom. Lots of pillows to choose from but no extra pillowcases. Towels a little worn, not hotel quality. I’m being specific in hopes that it will help other renters. Apartment was exactly what we needed. Great location, clean, very fair price - but just be aware, it’s bare. Also, security gate was broken upon arrival home one night, couldn’t enter. Contacted office. Ended up being let in through garage by another tenant. Gate and apartment lobby door were left unlocked remainder of stay, anyone could have come in. No problems with actual apartment keypad entry. Overall great stay. Photos and description should be updated to reflect what you are getting. I would recommend apartment to anyone looking for a fairly priced, clean, well located rental. ##### Cynthia I. Five minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to the Carmel Market. Good selection of restaurants close by. Roomy enough for a family. Be aware that the parking spot is below the apartment building and it is very tight to drive down.
