Not a good place to start your vacation
It is a very bad experience. There is no one in the office and no one answer the phone. We couldn’t get in the appartment until hours later. There is no breakfast and the stove doesn’t working...

WELL...THE HOTEL ROOM WAS NOT LIKE THE PICTURES THEY SHOWED US SOMETHING DIFFERENT.THE SOFA WAS DIRTY AND BROKEN,THE WALLS WERE SCRAPED,THE HEATERS DID NOT WORK,THE ROOM TV DID NOT WORK,ROOM SERVICE NEVER CAME AND CLEAN THE ROOM IN THREE DAYS,IT SAID IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THE HOTEL THAT THERE WAS FREE BREAKFAST AND THEY TOLD US THERE WAS NOT A FREE BREAKFAST,IN THE CHECKOUT THEY TOLD US THAT WE HAD TO LEAVE ALL THE DISHES CLEAN,AND THE PILLOWS DID NOT HAVE COVERS THEY WERE DIRTY,

Note that you must walk a few blocks to check in. You'll need to call the office for directions. Take the free tour of Tel Aviv sponsored by the diamond exchange, the largest in the world and worth a trip by itself. The information is at the check-in office. Many restaurants and bars steps away. The beach is about a 15 minute walk away.

Amazing Appartment
We had the most pleasant stay on our recent holiday to Tel Aviv having stayed in this apartment. The staff were lovely, the place was more than we could have expected. The beds were incredibly comfortable, great bathrooms, and more than enough space. Would love to stay here on a any future trips to Tel Aviv and would recommend to everyone!

Good location but misleading and very bad service
Beware service practices in this appartment. They ask you to come to do 'check-in' before getting into the appartment - at their office AT THE OTHER END OF TOWN. They don't mention this when you book, only a day or two before you arrive... Very misleading. I told them that we will arrive late evening after a long flight, with 2 children, so it's madness to go to the other end of town to check-in. So they graciously allowed me to do it the next day. But it's still ridiculous. All the other appartments we have stayed in Tel Aviv, always someone came to us when they needed to to check-in. So beware before you book. Also, no washing machine in the flat.

Decent for long term stays
Room was okay, nothing special. It's a good place for long term stays. Good neighbourhood. Sketchy entrance but nice place. Only problem was that there was MOLD in the bathroom!!!!!!!

Convenient location
Great location, close to the beach, cafe bar and restaurant. The apartment is nicely renovated and spacious. Hot water system wasn't working but it got fix on the same day. Bathroom nice but slightly mouldy. Overall a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend.

Water heater was out of order for 1 night but got repaired very quickly after informing hotel management.
