Pros: great location (close to the beach and Dizengoff bars/restaurants) , Apt nicely renovated, check in process pretty easy.
Cons: The building is in pretty bad shape. The entrance is dirty and smells like cigarette smoke. We had some problems with the apartment which were not solved even though we informed the host of them when we checked in. Most notably, the dryer did not work throughout our stay. There were some smaller things that could have been fixed/improved in the apartment.
Another problem, which is not directly related to the host but still worth mentioning, is that the neighbor who lives on the ground floor plays extremely loud music 24/7.
