It is a perfect rental for a family or a group who wants to enjoy the best of what Tel Aviv can offer. It is 500m from the beach, Tel Aviv Marina and Gordon outdoor swimming pool and minutes away from Dizengoff Street, famous for its eateries, bars and designers shops. Parking available under certain conditions\*. THE SPACE The apartment has a large living space furnished with 2 comfortable sofas, equipped with a 65 inches smart TV, and a dinning table which can accommodate up to 8 people. The kitchen is separated by an elegant wooden and glass panel. It is fully equipped. Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, full height closet, en suite full bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom 2: Twin beds, chest of drawers. Bedroom 3: Twin beds, desk. Extra full bathroom with walk in shower. PASSPORT AND VAT \- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment. \- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price. \- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full. THE NEIGHBORHOOD The apartment is located in a quiet street right off Ben Gurion Boulevard. The boulevard has a pedestrian central lane which leads to the sea (500m). On the way there are a few « kiosks » where you can by freshly squeezed juices, coffee and pastries. The Gordon outdoor swimming pool is also at the end of the boulevard (salt water swimming pool) as well as the Tel Aviv Marina. The apartment is also a block away from Dizengoff street - you can shop some local designers brands (jewelery and clothes), eat all kind of food in one of the many eateries and restaurants and go out for drinks. It is one of the busiest streets of Tel Aviv when it comes to shopping and night life. GETTING AROUND You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station. There are countless buses running from Dizengoff which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone. YOU WILL NOT FIND AN APARTMENT THIS COMFORTABLE IN Tel Aviv.. I've stayed at dozens of places and you just wont. During the rocket attacks I felt very safe as the apartment and building are both build to keep you safe. The host replies instantly so any mishaps or questions can be instantly handled. Truth is the stay was just very home feely, great lighting beautiful furniture wonderful floors modern clean easy to clean very very mature and also a place that I imagine if you had kids would work out wonderfully. The area is the best in the city but being on a side street makes it quiet. Ben Gurion and Dizengof.. the corner of those can't be beat and ive lived in Tel Aviv for YEARS my family loved it, it made for lovely lunch hosting of friends, it's easy to clean despite it's site, massive TV... 5 minutes from the beach and 6 minutes from Tel Aviv second biggest park.
