The property is gorgeous and has easy private access to the beach and the glorious Mediterranean. He met us at the apartment to show us around the property so we could find and use all of the amenities (pools, sauna, jacuzzi, gym...). The apartment is true to its description and very comfortably fit 3 adults and 4 teens. It is right on the beach which is incredible, even in the winter. Lionel was very quick to respond to any questions and take care of anything we needed. Lionel was extremely accommodating and helpful from the moment we booked months back. He replies instantly and makes the booking process seamless. We arrived very late and yet he still came to greet us and show us the apartment and the amenities it provided. He met all our requests like providing a crib for the little one and answered all our questions before and during our stay. The apartment is very spacious with 4 large bedrooms, lots of storage (with custom built closets) and 3 full washrooms. A large full sized kitchen and living room plus a washer and dryer which came in handy numerous times. The building itself is also amazing. Underground parking for 2\. We onlt went to the outdoor swimming and the beach. The beach is amazing also. Clean, close, and lots of restaurants and playgrounds for the kids to play. Definitely a place we will rebook when returning to Israel. The area is very quiet, not many tourists, and has everything you need for a perfect stay. It is highly recommended that you have a rental car – not just to access the apartment from the airport, but also to have the possibility to travel around Israel – it is loaded with history! In the basement, you have two parking spaces, and the perimeter makes you feel very safe and secure. There is also a lobby in the complex, staffed 24/7\. The apartment actually feels larger and more spacious than what you can read from the pictures. Said that I would recommend Lionel to take some new pictures of the apartment because some changes have been made. Beds are very good. The apartment is equipped with everything you need – at least for us  All kitchen equipment, towels, beddings, everything was in place and in order. A/C worked perfect ( 32C outside – 21 inside – no problem.) Power was good and present, booth washer and dryer run at the same time as the oven :-) The surroundings are very nice. Two very good restaurants in the complex, a little grocery shop – that has latterly everything - and some gift shops as well. The gym needs some photos of it’s own. It was big and very well equipped. You have very easy access to the beach, and there is one large outdoor swimming pool, and one indoor. The beach is sandy and very long, tidy, clean and nice. Sunbeds and everything. Same goes for the pool area. Lionel, the host, met us and showed us the area. That is mandatory, because it is quite big, and you can get lost if not appropriate introduced to the complex. He responded promptly prior to our arrival, very helpful and a perfect host. We have been to Israel several times, and will definitely return to this apartment – if possible. Said all this, I have to add that some areas of the complex will need some “makeover” or maintenance in the coming years. The owner great hostes allways taking care of our need, clean spacious I recomend a lot for families. Apartment was super clean. Lionel was very welcoming and should us around the whole complex. It had all amenities we needed as we were 7 people staying in the apartment. Overall a great experience. Perfect place for a family with an access to the beach. Modern, clean and functional apartment. There is also an indoor and outdoor swimming pool in the building and grocery store as well.
