Great location, open views to pool and sea beyond, on site bars supermarket, walk along sea front flat no more than 15 minutes and in the action areas. Wifi was a little in an out, otherwise, nice area, safe, worth a visit !

Lovely villa, perfect location

Our second stay in Juans villa, we really enjoy it and hope to return in the future. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Fantastic position on Amarilla plaza looking down over the pools towards the sea. The villa has 2 sunloungers on the patio so no hassle there and the complex is slowly replacing the poolside with new loungers too. A pleasant 10 minute walk to some lovely restaurants. Communication with Juan was always easy and prompt.

Another great holiday

Another great holiday in Costa Teguise. Apartment was clean and tidy and very well equipped, only very minor point to mention is that the silicone around the shower needs a little attention. Beds really comfortable and everything you need for a super stay. Lovely gesture of a welcome pack. Juan was easily contactable and answered any questions promptly. Will definitely be back. Can't thank Juan enough for letting us stay in his wonderful apartment. It's a home from home, everything is supplied, lovely outlook outside, comfortable bed, towels supplied and 2 towels for sunbeds..it's a lovely complex, heard moans about being tired and needs revamping but the privately owned ones are lovely. The pool was hardly used even though we were halfway through the Easter holiday, didn't use the bars and the shop is a bit more expensive but there's a supermarket 5 -10 mins down the road. Would definitely book again without a thought..!!

Instructions to enter Villa were clear. It was clean with towels & tea towels & a pleasant little basket of goodies. All kitchen equipment you will need. Microwave, coffee machine & washing machine (if required). Books & DVD’s. Comfy bed with decent bedding. Good quality outside patio seating with much needed umbrella. Wi-fi was easy to connect to. One very small gripe, could do with a further mid size towel per person. Overall, very happy 😊

Villa exactly as shown. We have been coming to Sands Beach since 2007 and have always stayed in the hotel properties. From now on will be booking with Juan. We were also able to organise cleaning during our stay with Juan for a fee. Plenty of towels kitchen had more than enough cooking utensils knives forks etc. Washing machine 👍and brilliant walk in shower. Lovely welcoming basket and communication with Juan excellent. Our BEST Visit to Date

We have stayed at Sands Beach many times prior to this trip and have never had a bad experience. We have rented properties on 5 different plazas over the years with all being of a standard we have been over the moon with but none have come close to this particular rental. From the initial contact with Juan when inquiring about the property to the moment we checked out we cannot fault a single thing. The property is immaculate and located in a position that gives you a view that youll instantly long for when you leave the resort. The pool are was incredible. The decor and the facilities within the rental were top notch, the shower is immense, the wifi is fast, the wardrobes are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and above all it is well maintained and spotlessly clean. We ate out in the wonderful selection of local restaurants each evening which we've always done on our visits to Costa Teguise so i cant really comment on the food on complex. Thanks Juan, we will be booking again very soon.

Fantastic Villa

We were very pleased with the villa, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, very well equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom has been recently refurbished. Ceiling fans were very welcome in the bedroom and lounge. The plaza swimming pool reopened during our stay and a outdoor shower has been installed at the side of the pool as well. There is a definite shortage of sunloungers around the pool but the villa has a lounger and lovely patio furniture. We had no problem finding another lounger from the complex which we brought to our plaza. There are nice loungers on the lido beach which are free and also some plusher ones on the lido which can be hired for a daily fee so lots of options. Hopefully new loungers will be provided around the plaza pool now the pool renovations are complete. We didn’t have any problems with the villa during our stay but the owner was very communicative with any questions I had and I am sure any issues would have been dealt with promptly. Highly recommend this villa, we have been staying at Sands Beach for many years and this villa is definitely among the best of them.

Lovely Apartment in Costa Teguise

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and all instructions for our arrival were clear and easy to follow. The owner responded to all of my questions before and after booking. The kitchen is super-well equipped with plenty of plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses etc. probably the best we've ever stayed in. The coffee machine was a great addition to the kitchen and very much appreciated by us. The beds were comfortable and towels were provided along with soap, washing up liquid etc. and toilet roll to get us started. There was a little Welcome Pack in a basket in the kitchen which was a lovely touch. We were disappointed to find out that the swimming pool outside our apartment was closed for refurbishment, but understood that this was out of the owner's control. There are several other pools on the complex and we found somewhere to go each day and they are all within a minute or two of the apartment. Work did begin on the pools whilst we were there so they could be re-opening in the near future. The complex itself lacks sunbeds and parasols around the pools. Again not the fault of the owner. Overall we really enjoyed our holiday and the apartment was great. Thank you!

The accomodation had everything we needed and we enjoyed our holiday. The listing stated that there was aircon however there isn't so I think that should be amended. Some of the furnishings and inside of cupboards/wardrobes could do with a clean if i'm honest. Wine was a nice touch thank you.
