Modern, comfortable and equipped with everything you may need. In addition to the spacious interior spaces, it has a large patio with a private pool, barbecue area, gardens, an outdoor living area with hammocks in the shade, a large dining table to enjoy the outdoors and hammocks for sunbathing, just in front of the pool. Plenty of relaxation space and a covered play space. The pool area has a partial ocean view, and two huge pine trees that give the space the perfect touch of nature. The neighborhood is quiet and has a supermarket across the street. The residential is located in the safest area of ​​the island, very close to the sea and the city center. The urbanization has a playground, for the enjoyment of the smallest of the house. It is a perfect choice for large groups or families. The 250m2 villa has three floors, a very large patio and a private garage. On the main floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom, the living room and the kitchen (the latter two communicate directly with the patio through large glass doors).
