Casita de Sal: between sea, volcanoes and saline!

Nice and quiet house by the sea, nestled in a discreet and peaceful hamlet.
Upstairs, a room with a bed of two people, which offers great views: on one side the sea, and on the other volcanoes! Adjoining the room, a terrace from which one has magnificent views of the surroundings: sea, volcanoes and salt. With of course, a small table, some chairs, and sunbeds for napping in the sun!
On the ground floor, the living room has a sofa bed for 2 people, and can thus act as a second bedroom, well separated from the rest of the house by a door and blackout curtains. In the central room called "octopus", there is one more bed of a person.
The Casita de Sal allows you to land in different places: you can have breakfast in the room overlooking the sea, or perched on the high stools of the kitchen, or opt for the terrace overlooking the volcanoes and salt, or if the weather is cooler, sit at the wooden round table in the octopus room (see photo). In short, several small corners in the house where it is possible, according to his desires, nibble, chat or read!

The kitchen is well equipped, enough to make good meals! Ceramic hob and oven, microwave, pots, dishes, dishes, cups, cutlery, glasses, coffee maker, teapot ... and also spices and aromatic herbs, salt from nearby salt, an assortment of teas and herbal teas , and small ice cubes shaped like fish!

In the bathroom are prepared for you towels - big and small. There is also available a series of products that previous tenants have left: creams, shampoos, solar milks ... And we have prepared a mini pharmacy kit for small pains.
At the Casita, you will also find lots of information on the hikes, the cool spots to discover, and also good places to eat!
And for amateurs, there is also a game of boules (petanque) to go play at the edge of salt. Some board games, books and magazines in several languages.
The wifi connection in the house is good, the mobile network is against more random Cocoteros!

The Casita de Sal is an ideal place to rest and relax. The small hamlet 'Les Cocoteros' is very quiet, and the inhabitants welcome benevolent holidaymakers!

And then, the Casita de Sal is very well placed ....
- For swimming :
Nearby, 3 minutes walk, there is a large 'pool' natural, which fills with the tides. A 10 min walk, just after the salt works, is a cove where you can swim.
In Arrieta, a large village 10 minutes drive north, there is a pleasant and often quiet sandy beach.
- To walk :
From the house, there are beautiful walks to walk, following the path by the sea or to the volcanoes at the back of the village.
- To discover the island:
. The Casita de Sal is near three sites of César Manrique: the Cactus Garden, Jameos del Agua, the house of the artist in Haria.
. 20 minutes from Haria, one of the most beautiful villages on the island, surrounded by palm trees
. 20 minutes from Teguise, the prettiest town on the island, with great restaurants and small shops
. At about 25 min, Arrecife and count 40 min from Timanfaya Park.
